Committed to Sustainable Business Development

Following our commitment with the Institute for Ethics in Communication and Organization (IECO), on January 26 in the city of Madrid, part of our Management Team participated in a special event aimed at managers who join the commitment to the principals in Humanistic Leadership, taught by Matthew T. Lee, Director of the Human Flourishing Program at Harvard University and professor at Baylor University.

Within our organization we seek to foster a positive and motivating work environment that values the individuality of each employee and allows them to develop and grow professionally.

Hand in hand with the great team that makes up IECO, we will continue promoting and encouraging the Humanistic Leadership within our organizations, creating trust and mutual respect, concepts that can help improve employee productiviy and loyalty, and to improve the image and quality of our companies.
