The business unit of Guzmán Global specializing in industrial MINERALS deals primarily with the ceramic industry but also services other sectors as diverse as glass, plastics, refractory bricks, paints, etc.

Our production plant in Nules (Castellón) covers an area of 55,000 m2 and has a total milling and processing capacity of 195,000 tonnes per year of zirconium sand, feldspar sodium, alumina and spodumene, among other products. Our other production plant in the Port of Castellón covers an area of 22,000 m2 to meet the supply needs of our clients, producing clay mixtures and bulk loads.

We have our own laboratory fitted out with state-of-the-art equipment to help us develop our own products, produce tailor-made formulations and carry out exhaustive quality control processes.

We take part in the international trade fairs of Cevisama and Qualicer, the global forum on ceramic tiles.

We enjoy an excellent relationship with the Castellón Ceramics Institute (ITC), the Business University Foundation Jaume I in Castellón (FUJI), Polytechnic University of Valencia and the Carlos III University (Madrid).

We are members of Zircon Industry Association which has as its principal objective; the promotion of the benefits and use of zircon as high quality, value-adding materials for a wide range of applications.

In order to provide our clients with a fully comprehensive service, in the late 1990s we started creating our own range of products which today we continue to expand under the brand name of Guzmán Global Solutions. These special products include a range of different formulations and gradings along with bespoke solutions which offer significant improvements to the efficiency and competitiveness of our clients’ value chain.
